Here's the source (in case you are not aware of it) for pictorial postmarks from USPS:
Click on the PDF version, for better visibility and printability.
In the Bookmarks panel on the left, click on Stamp Services.
You will see a few addresses for First Day of Issue cancelations.
Scroll a few pages down, to Pictorial Postmarks Announcement.
When you write to any of those post office addresses, don't forget to start with PICTORIAL POSTMARKS.
Write all the address in capital letters, for better readability by the Automated Postal System.
The only orthographic sign should be the dash between the ZIP code and the +4 code, as in 20170-3126.
No comma, etc.
"Place the envelope or postcard in a larger envelope and address it to:
followed by the Name of the Station, Address, City, State,
ZIP+4® Code, as listed below."
